Intensive Eye Make-up Remover Foam gently removes eye makeup in preparation for lash and brow tinting or lifting treatments. It's effective and thorough at removing long-lasting and waterproof makeup.
Apply foam to a lint-free cotton pad and ensure the clients eyes remain closed while gently removing makeup. Rinse with cool, clear water if the product gets in the eyes.
