Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
You may return products* that are in new, resalable condition within 30 days of receiving the order for a prompt, courteous refund. Requests for returns must be received within 30 days of receiving the order. If a return is authorized, please return the product within 7 days of return approval.
Products returned must be in new, unopened, unused, resalable condition with all original product packaging to qualify for a refund. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. Original and return shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the return is a result of our error.
Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the costs incurred during the fulfillment of your order, including: merchant processing fees, wages, inventory shortage, and materials. Excludes returns due to an error on our part.
No returns will be authorized after 30 days from the date the order was delivered. Non-compliant returns will be disposed of and credit will not be issued.
* Non Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable at any time: copyrighted materials (such as CDs or DVDs), HAZMAT items (such as cleaning agents – Disinfectants, Wax Cleaner, etc.), implements (tweezers, scissors, etc.).
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS
- Contact us for return approval. Call 281-710-7544 or email us at info@thewaxconnection.com.
- Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip in the return. Ensure all items are unopened and in the original packaging. All pieces, parts, printed materials, packaging and accessories must be included in the return.
- IMPORTANT: Securely pack the items to ensure there's no damage incurred during the return shipment (using plenty of paper, peanuts, bubble wrap, etc.). Securely seal the box with packing tape. If items are received damaged (scratched, dented, crushed, cracked, leaking, etc.) due to improper packing, we may not be able to issue a refund.
- IMPORTANT: As we're unable to issue credit due to a return package being lost or damaged by the carrier, use a service with tracking (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and insure the return package for the value (purchase price) of the items being returned.

Please send your approved return within 7 days. NOTE: Unless the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS
Please allow 7 days from the date the return is received by The Wax Connection for the items to be inspected and for the refund to your payment method to be processed. Funds will be deposited into your account according to the credit/debit card company's processing times.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS IN ORDER
Items missing from your order must be reported within 3 days of receipt for replacement or refund. If the product you received is incorrect, please email a photo of the item to info@thewaxconnection.com. Replacements are shipped within 1 business day using the same or equivalent shipping method as the original order.
