The Wax Connection is a "Professional Only" wholesale distributor. By purchasing from this website, you are entering into an agreement that you meet the professional requirements outlined below.
1. Professional Credentials Required
Without exception, our products are exclusively for purchase and use by licensed professionals and businesses in the beauty, health, and wellness industry. By placing an order, you certify that you fall into one of the following categories:

Licensed Estheticians or Cosmetologists

Salons, Spas, and Medical Spas

Resort, Hotel, or Franchise Salon/Spa operations

Beauty Schools and currently enrolled Beauty School Students
2. License Verification Process
We require a valid professional license or business license to be on file.
- New Customer? Please enter your professional license number and state of licensure in the "Order Note" box prior to checkout. Alternatively, you can email a copy of your professional/business license to info@thewaxconnection.com prior to or immediately after placing your first order.

First-time orders may be subject to a manual credential check. We reserve the right to hold any order until proof of licensure is provided or verified.
3. Safety & Liability
Our waxes and esthetic supplies are professional-grade formulas that require specialized training to handle properly and safely.

These products are not intended for home or DIY use by unlicensed individuals. However, licensed professionals, as noted above, are welcome to purchase products for home use.

The Wax Connection is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or unsatisfactory results arising from the use of these products by unlicensed or untrained individuals.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders placed by individuals who cannot provide valid professional credentials upon request will be cancelled. These cancellations may be subject to an administrative fee to cover non-refundable transaction processing costs.
