SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to the United States only.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
- UPS Ground – Value of order insured at no cost to you.
- UPS Ground Saver – Value of order insured at no cost to you. UPS transfers package to USPS and is delivered by USPS.
- Expedited shipping methods available at customer request and expense. If you require UPS expedited shipping, please call 281-710-7544 to place your order Monday-Friday (9 am to 5 pm CT).
We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier based on the order value, content, weight, and cost. At our discretion, some packages may ship with signature required.
NOTE: We highly recommend signing up for UPS My Choice so that you're able to reschedule package deliveries, route packages to a UPS Access Point location for convenient pickup, schedule vacation holds, or leave driver instructions when needed. Customers are responsible for any fees incurred when using this service.
SHIPPING RATES
Please add items to your shopping cart and proceed through checkout to view shipping rates. Shipping rates are automatically calculated during the checkout process.
Free UPS Ground Shipping to the contiguous United States is available for orders totaling $150.00 or more. Order total must be $150 or more after any discounts are applied. Some products may be excluded from free shipping. Free shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska or other US territories we may service.
FULFILLMENT TIME
Orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays or other posted office closures. Most orders for in-stock items received by 1 PM CT (Monday - Friday) will ship the same day. If an order for in-stock items isn’t shipped the same day, it'll be shipped the next business day.
TRANSIT TIME
The delivery date estimate shown at checkout when placing your order online is an estimate based on the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.

BACKORDERED ITEMS
If an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible. You have the option of waiting for the item to be restocked (we'll provide an ETA on when you should expect to receive it) or you may choose to receive a refund for that item.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please thoroughly inspect shipments upon receipt. If there is damage to any items, do not dispose the contents or packing materials, including the shipping box.
- Call 281-710-7544 or email info@thewaxconnection.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment to report any visible or concealed damage.
- Photos of any damage in your package, including photos of the shipping box and the label are required to file a claim.
* Take clear photos of any product damage.
* Take clear photos of the shipping box, packing materials in the box, and the shipping label.
* Email photos to info@thewaxconnection.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment. - We'll file a claim with the carrier. The carrier may schedule an appointment with you to inspect the damage, therefore keep the box and all contents until the claim is approved. Claims may take up to 7 days for the carrier to process.
- Upon claim approval by the carrier, we'll issue a refund for the damaged items or send replacements to you.
MISSING PACKAGES
If your package is missing after delivery has been confirmed, please call 281-710-7544 or email info@thewaxconnection.com. We'll file a claim with UPS to report the package as missing. UPS will investigate. It may take UPS up to 7 days to investigate a missing package claim.
NOTE: We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen due to the customer entering an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please ensure the shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
