Dear Friends,
We are excited to announce a new chapter for The Wax Connection. After operating in the Houston, Texas, area since 2009, our warehouse is moving to a new location in Natchez, Mississippi. This move was a part of a long-term plan my mom, Becky, and I had for the business. While the transition is difficult following her passing in April, I am looking forward to honoring her vision and continuing to serve you from our new home. From Houston to Natchez
Natchez, MS is a charming, historic town nestled on the high bluff of the mighty Mississippi River. My husband and I acquired an old church just outside of town that has been renovated and converted to our new office and warehouse space. I look forward to sharing the pictures of the new space with you soon! With the new location comes more square footage and a better layout, allowing us to expand our inventory and serve you more efficiently.
When is the big move?
The relocation is scheduled for Friday, 8/23/24. Though we're working diligently to make the move as quick and smooth as possible, operations will be closed for a few days during this transition.
Deadline to order before the move: Wednesday 8/21 at 3 PM CST.
Orders placed after the deadline will begin shipping on Tuesday 8/27. By Thursday 8/29, we expect fulfillment times to be fully resumed to our regular schedule. To ensure your supply needs are met without interruption, we recommend placing your order early to avoid any stock shortages and shipping delays.
