Dear Friends,
Our business and warehouse is moving to a new location. While I'm thrilled to begin this new chapter, the transition is undoubtedly bittersweet. My mother, Becky, and I have operated The Wax Connection out of the Houston, TX area since the business was started back in 2009. Becky was approaching retirement and the plan was to move The Wax Connection to Natchez, MS (where I now call home). Sadly, we lost my mom to cancer in April. From Houston to Natchez
Natchez, MS is a charming, historic town nestled on the high bluff of the mighty Mississippi River. My husband and I acquired an old church just outside of town that has been renovated and converted to our new office and warehouse space. I look forward to sharing the pictures of the new space with you soon! With the new location comes more square footage and a better layout, allowing us to expand our inventory and serve you more efficiently.
When is the big move?
The relocation is scheduled for Friday, 8/23/24. Though we're working diligently to make the move as quick and smooth as possible, operations will be closed for a few days during this transition.
Deadline to order before the move: Wednesday 8/21 at 3 PM CST.
Orders placed after the deadline will begin shipping on Tuesday 8/27. By Thursday 8/29, we expect fulfillment times to be fully resumed to our regular schedule. To ensure your supply needs are met without interruption, we recommend placing your order early to avoid any stock shortages and shipping delays.
