We are writing to you with a heavy heart. Becky Price, my beautiful mother and co-founder of The Wax Connection, is now in critical condition after a long and difficult battle with cancer.
Since founding The Wax Connection in 2009, Becky has joyfully and gracefully served all of our friends and customers. Her dedication to providing the very best service has never wavered, even through her many challenges and struggles.
I am now by her side, spending these last precious days together. As a result, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding regarding order shipments. For all orders placed from Wednesday, April 17th, until further notice, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your order to ship.
