For shipments sent via UPS, sign up for UPS My Choice. You'll receive real-time delivery alerts. You'll be able to reroute or reschedule package deliveries, have packages held for pick up at a UPS Access Point location, or leave driver instructions when needed. Fees may apply for certain services.
For shipments sent via USPS, sign up for Informed Delivery with USPS so you're notified when mail or packages are coming to your address. You'll be able to manage delivery instructions, hold your package, or reschedule your delivery when needed.
